Greeting Friends and Family! This is the introductory to my new Blog "Mimi Speaks". Often times my submissions will include a video and sometimes just my thoughts on a particular subject. I cannot promise that you will agree with everything I post however; I can promise that you will be intrigued. I have a mind of my own and my opinions often vary from those around me... and that's ok. Because this is my safe place... a place to express myself freely and speak on what I believe in. Too often are we expected to live, think, and act to "societies standard". Well I unfortunately do not fit into any man made bubble nor do I fit any stereotypes... I am what some would call "sophista-ratchet". I speak proper English as well as Ebonics... I rap but I love pop... I travel on weekends and work a regular corporate 9-5 Monday through Friday. I can be loud or quiet... I am very nice but can get catty QUICK... and though your opinions may matter to you...that doesn't mean they necessarily matter to MUAH LMAO! I can be goofy on Monday... and dead serious Tuesday. Trying to understand why I am the way I am is wasted energy... I much rather you focus on the message. I am my own person... so please be advised that if you are interested in following someone who is predictable and monotone? You are absolutely without a doubt in the wrong place. I am more then just an entertainer... but a realist. I cannot and will not be silenced.... Tune in for the first episode of Mimi Speaks! And remember... its Positive vibes only!
